As Canadians, we had always heard great things about Dunkin Donuts and we left feeling disappointed. The service was fine. In fact, our server was quite friendly and helpful and our order came to us fairly quickly but the quality didn't match the hype. The coffee tasted watered down and weak. We aren't even sure what our iced coffee tasted like but it wasn't the iced coffee we are used to. To top it off, the donuts are more cake than doughnut. Maybe it is just what we are used to but we just left, as I said, feeling disappointed.

I go to this location a lot because it's location is very convenient. However, I have a few easy-to-fix complaints, so I'm hoping owners actually look at these!! Firstly, never enough staff. Don't ever go here in a hurry because it could take 15 minutes to get through drive thru and that's if they don't mess up your order. Staff is unfriendly for the most part (they would never get hired at Tim Hortons). The garbage can at the end of the drivethru line is always overflowing, which just seems like laziness of staff. Lastly, iced coffee is not difficult to stir when you're making it. I shouldn't have to stir my own drinks with a plastic straw when they have metal spoons made for that. The service here used to be really good until about a year or so ago.

Always consistent and very good service. They are usually quick and the line is never very long. Food is typical Dunkin food. Bagels always taste fresh, and my order is correct 99% of the time. I always stop here on my way to work and am never dissatisfied!

The person who runs this location is a complete joke! She needs to be knocked way down. Some of the staff don't deserve to be working there! The staff that I do like deserve promotion for staying so positive and dealing with the Devil. Always friendly and positive no matter what they are go through. I'll never step foot in that trash heap ever again.

My wife and I go here often, great service and Donuts are always excellent!!!
The peanut butter doughnuts are Really Really Good. And every thing is always super fresh.
